I followed the recipe, except I used ground turkey instead...and It was AMAZING! My family of picky people ALL LOVED IT! Made an awesome leftover for lunch today as well! Thanks!

I mixed ground Italian pizza susage 50/50 with the beef and the flavor was excellent. I have also made these using a soft flour tortilla folded in half instead of the bun and topped the half moon shaped patty with green pepper slices, tomato slices, pepperoni, mozzerella cheese, cheddar cheese, and pizza sauce. My family loves them.
